APPLICATION

This product is a paste ghost / image stain remover. GB-1000 is designed for the removal of cured ink stains. *This product should be mixed thoroughly before using.

I Apply GB-1000 to the ink side of the screen. Allow the coating to penetrate up to 5 minutes. For tougher stains, brush product on both sides of the screen.

II Low pressure rinse (flood rinse with tap water pressure), removing all chemicals from the screen. This step protects the employees from caustic being splashed back during high pressure rinse.

III High pressure water rinse to remove any remaining residue.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed once your label is created.
  • Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control, but we’ll help you track down any missing shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑cut mesh or film
  • Opened ink or chemical containers
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
