30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

1. Email orders@coastalsupplyco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or store credit.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom‑cut mesh or film
• Opened ink or chemical containers
• Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Restocking Fee

Returns requested for special order items, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15% restocking fee, plus freight back to manufacturer.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
