Available in 8-color (CMYKLkOrGrRe) and dual CMYK configurations, the TrueVIS XP-640 offers the ultimate blend of image quality and productivity, allowing you to print higher-quality output faster than ever before. In billboard mode, the 8-color configuration allows for an extremely wide color gamut, while the 4-color setup produces vivid prints at a rapid 819 sqft/h.

Introducing Our Most Vibrant and Eco-Friendly TrueVIS Inks

A next-generation printer like the XG-640 demands equally impressive inks. New TR3 eco-solvent inks are specially formulated for unrivaled vibrancy and durability. TR3 White ink used with the XG-640 allows for three times greater productivity than TR2 inks used with a VG3 printer/cutter and produces graphic results that are 1.3 times more dense, enhancing window graphics and base coats. Plus, TR3 inks are GBL-free and GREENGUARD Gold certified, for safer, eco-conscious printing. These premium-quality inks are available in a choice of configurations to suit your specific needs – dual CMYK for increased speed, or 8-color (Orange, Green, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and White) for an expanded gamut and greater color accuracy.

Included VersaWorks 7 with Compatibility for Mac

The XP-640 comes with newly developed VersaWorks 7 RIP software – Roland DG’s most powerful, intuitive RIP to date – which now supports both Windows and Mac OS operating systems. This software offers a host of useful features for effortless print management right out of the box.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑cut mesh or film
  • Opened ink or chemical containers
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
