Built on Roland DG’s print & cut expertise, the VG4 Series introduces workflow improvements for stable output on longer print or print & cut runs. Enhanced, in-sync take-up control supports continuous output and helps maintain media handling during production. Perforation cut allows simplified print separation and continued take-up to reduce post-print finishing time for sticker, label and decal work. These features help maintain throughput and consistency, enabling efficient turnaround while ensuring dependable quality and cutting accuracy across a wide range of applications.

  • Control is built into the VG4 with a user-friendly, responsive 7" touchscreen that streamlines everyday operation. See remaining ink levels, printer status, print time, and more at the touch of a button. Once print conditions are set in the RIP, prints can be selected and sent directly from the printer.
  • Accurate media setup is designed to support consistent, high-quality output with minimal adjustment. Stored media presets can be saved and recalled at the touch of a button, helping operators achieve repeatable results quickly across different materials and job types.
  • Latest TR3 inks extend color options to include Red, Orange, Green, Light Black and White.
  • Print from the touch screen and use VersaWorks and Roland DG Connect smart features.
  • Improved take-up control for both printing and cutting to support long print runs.
  • Better quality prints from less ink, consistent prints for less waste and easier self-maintenance.

  • Same‑Day Cutoff: Orders placed by 2 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Ship the next business day.
  • Real‑Time Inventory: 95 % of catalog items are in stock and ready to leave our warehouse.

Tracking & Delivery

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑cut mesh or film
  • Opened ink or chemical containers
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
