Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Same‑Day Cutoff: Orders placed by 2 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Ship the next business day.
• Real‑Time Inventory: 95 % of catalog items are in stock and ready to leave our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Note: Oversize items (e.g., 64″ media rolls, exposure units) ship via freight and require a loading dock or lift‑gate service.

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking link is emailed once your label is created.
• Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control, but we’ll help you track down any missing shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

Returns Policy

30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom‑cut mesh or film
• Opened ink or chemical containers
• Clearance or “Final Sale” items
• Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
