APPLICATION

This product is designed for plastisol and UV inks when reclaiming your screen or for removing the ink only and saving the screen. JP-53 is emulsion and capillary stencil safe. It will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print, which makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. This product is an excellent cleaner for the removal of pallet or belt printer's adhesive. JP-53 can be re-circulated or applied manually using the following steps.

PRESS WASH AND SCREEN OPENER

Apply JP-53 on both sides of screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone. JP-53 works extremely well when cataloging the screen.

RECIRCULATING SCREEN CLEANER

Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used. *Dispose of in accordance with state, local and federal regulations

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed once your label is created.
  • Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control, but we’ll help you track down any missing shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

Returns Policy

30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑cut mesh or film
  • Opened ink or chemical containers
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
