Description

GEMZYME is designed for removal of all photo polymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions. GEMZYME will immediately liquify and break down the emulsion and dramatically increase the speed of the reclaim procedure.

APPLICATION This product is designed for the removal of photo polymer, diazo and capillary film emulsions. This is an extremely concentrated cleaner. When used in full strength, it immediately attacks the emulsion. GEM-ZYME is safe on all types of mesh and is drain acceptable to a treatment plant, after soil release, when used as directed.

I Apply GEM-ZYME by spray or wipe application, or in a dip tank. Use in concentrated form or at a dilution of 1 part product up to 20 parts water.

II After removal of ink, blockout and tape, apply GEM-ZYME to both sides of a wet screen. Wait 10 seconds or more, depending on the dilution factor.

III High pressure water rinse both sides until emulsion residue is gone.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email support@coastalsupply.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@coastalsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened ink or chemical containers
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Digital downloads (ICC profiles, software)

Restocking Fee

Returns requested after 30 days, or items not in resalable condition, may incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Wrong or Defective Items

If we ship the wrong SKU or the product is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost and cover all shipping.
